Welcome to Wowutsav. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, which connects customers with event vendors and service providers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Customer" refers to any individual or organisation using the Platform to discover, book, or communicate with event vendors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Businesses registering as Vendors must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Role of the Platform

[Platform Name] acts solely as an intermediary marketplace connecting Customers with independent Vendors. We do not employ Vendors, provide event services ourselves, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Listing. Contracts for services are formed directly between Customers and Vendors; the Platform is not a party to those agreements.

4. Account Registration

Both Customers and Vendors must create an account to access full Platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the Platform.

5. Vendor Listings and Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in their Listings, including pricing, availability, and service descriptions.
• Honour confirmed Bookings and communicate promptly with Customers.
• Hold all required licences, permits, and insurance necessary to provide their services.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
• Not engage in discriminatory practices in accepting or rejecting Bookings.

The Platform reserves the right to remove any Listing that is misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Bookings and Payments

When a Customer initiates a Booking, they enter into a direct agreement with the Vendor. Payment terms, deposits, and final balances are governed by the Vendor's stated policies and any agreements made between the parties.

Where the Platform processes payments on behalf of Vendors, a service fee may be applied. All applicable fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed. The Platform uses third-party payment processors and is not responsible for errors or failures attributable to those services.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual Vendors and will be displayed on their Listings. Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing a Booking. The Platform may facilitate dispute resolution between Customers and Vendors but does not guarantee refunds beyond what a Vendor's policy provides.

In cases of Vendor cancellation, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in finding an alternative vendor but accepts no liability for losses arising from a Vendor's failure to fulfil a Booking.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews and ratings for Vendors following a completed Booking. Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on genuine experience. The Platform prohibits fake, defamatory, or malicious reviews and reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy. Vendors must not attempt to manipulate or incentivise reviews.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Circumvent the Platform to conduct transactions outside of it in order to avoid fees.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of [Platform Name] or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vendors retain ownership of content they upload but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content for the purpose of operating the service.

11. Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability
